Abstract:
To provide a backpack whose shoulder straps can simply be fitted to the body of a user when the user having any body dimensions carries the backpack on his/her back and also can always be fitted to the body of a school child whose body dimensions grows fast when the backpack is a satchel.
The backpack has a housing part 2 in which an article can be housed and the shoulder straps 3 for carrying the housing part 2 on the back. A resin shape-keeping tape 8 which makes it possible to change the shape of each back strap 2 is attached to at least a part of a section contacting with the body of the user of each back strap 3.
