The actuator of the hydraulic cylinder 2b and the like whose one end is supported on an axis by the board 1 where the backrest is fixed, and whose another end is fixed so that it can be supported on an axis at the upper parts of the bending part of the backrest. The upper parts of the backrest can be crooked on a cross direction.
