Abstract:
To provide a backward running controller capable of improving safety during backward running.
This backward running controller provided in a vehicle provided with an automatic transmission is provided with an interlock 4 for limiting the operation for putting a shift lever into an R range, a gate switch 5 for detecting the operation for putting the shift lever into the R range, and a control means 3 for releasing the interlock 4 after reserving backward start for a fixed period of time by detection of the gate switch 5.
