To provide a bactericidal solution applying device which produces a bactericidal solution in the device and applies the bactericidal solution immediately after it is produced to an article to be sterilized.
A solvent is supplied to a bactericidal solution producing part 10 from a solvent supply part 9 through a supply pipe 12. The bactericidal solution A is produced by applying an electric current between two electrodes 13a and 13b by a control part 11 in the bactericidal solution producing part 10. The produced bactericidal solution A is supplied to a spraying device 14 through the supply pipe 12. The bactericidal solution A is sprayed from a nozzle to a cloth 4 for a hand towel pulled out by a driving roller 6 in the spraying device 14. The cloth 4 to which the bactericidal solution A is applied is rolled up to be used as the hand towel 1.
