The oral care product is obtained by allowing a fibrous base being the aggregation of fine fibers such as a non-woven cloth, gauze, and cut cotton to be a size of about 2-3 cm suitable for insertion into an oral cavity, allowing the fibrous base to contain additives for taste such as a flavoring agent and a sweetening agent, and a medical additive such as an anti-inflammatory agent, and performing individual packaging for the wiping-off of a tongue body in the oral cavity or chewing in the oral cavity. The tongue coat remaining by adhesion on the tongue body is effectively removed so as to prevent the bad breath due to the tongue coat. Chewing gum for chewing and a tasty thing such as gummy candy are laminated or mixed in the fibrous base. The fibrous base is formed as a folded sheet and has a through-hole for inserting the tongue body by expansion, so as to wipe off the side edges of the tongue.
