A bag also serving as a stuffed toy is provided with a bag main body 1, a stuffed-toy part A, and a stuffed-toy part B. The stuffed-toy part A is a part of the cloth of the bag main body 1 and serving as a part of the cloth of the stuffed toy. The stuffed-toy part B serves as the rest of the cloth of the stuffed toy separately from the cloth of the bag main body. The stuffed-toy part A and the stuffed-toy part B are overlapped with each other so that the outer surfaces of the stuffed toy are located inside, and the peripheries thereof are connected, thereby forming a bag part C. The bag part C constituted of the stuffed-toy part A and the stuffed-toy part B is provided with an opening part for housing the cloth of the bag main body in the bag part C by reversing the bag part C and exposing the outer surfaces of the stuffed toy.
