To provide a bag of boots for housing fishing boots or the like, which prevents water remaining inside the bag from entering the insides of the boots when the boots are housed in the bag and the boots from being soiled by the soiled water remaining inside the bag and sticking on outer sides of the boots.

The bag of the boots is provided with a boots housing part having an opening on an upper part, a cover body disposed on the opening and projections provided on the bottom plate part or inner face parts of side plates of the housing part, wherein the projections raise and support the trunks of the boots up from the bottom plate part when the boots are housed in the bag.
