To provide a bag for a liquid product, particularly yeast, capable of carrying out complete and prompt deaeration of the contained product.
A bag is a double wall type for holding a liquid product generating gas, particularly yeast. The bag includes two opposing faces (2) mutually joined along a peripheral heat-sealing line (3), and a spout (7) arranged on one of the opposing faces (2) for filling and discharging the liquid product. A double wall of the bag includes a permeable inner film (5), and an outer film (6) for reinforcement. In at least an upper part of each of the two opposing faces (2) of the bag (1), at least one spacer element (10) is provided between the inner film (5) and the outer film (6). The spacer element is attached to the outer film (6) in at least one opening (19) formed in the outer film (6), and it is provided with a hole (17) for releasing gas permeating through the inner film (5).
