Abstract:

To provide a filter cloth for a bag filter which meets all the characteristic requirements for the bag filter at a high level and a bag filter.

The filter cloth for a bag filter comprises a nonwoven fabric of polyarylene sulfide oxide fibers wherein a basis weight of the nonwoven fabric is ≥200 g/m2and ≤1,000 g/m2and an apparent density of the nonwoven fabric is ≥0.25 g/cm3and ≤0.70 g/cm3. The bag filter according to the present invention comprises such filter cloth for a bag filter.
