To impart a necessary and sufficient amt. of powder chemicals to the lesion over a long time without splashing these powder chemicals and to improve the preservable property of the powder chemicals by forming a film which has liquid permeability but does not allow the permeation of the powder chemicals to a bag base body formed on of cloth or film which allows the permeation of the effect components of the powder chemicals.
This bag 1 for housing the powder chemicals is formed of the films of the double structures obtd. by superposing the bag base body 6 and the film 5 on each other. For example, gauze is used as the bag base body 6 and, for example, a non-woven fabric is used as the film 5. The double-layer structure films are turned back in a turn-back part 8 with the film 5 positioned on the inner side and the edges 3 are adhered to form a bag part 2. The desired amt. of the powder chemicals are previously put into the bag part 2. The non-woven fabric of the film 5 is formed to finer meshes to prohibit the penetration of the powder chemicals 4 in the state of the powder. The fineness of the meshes preferably has inter-fiber intervals of 75 to 1,700μm. The METSUKE weight of the film 5 is preferably 5 to 35g/m2. The liquid permeability is improved and the soft film is obtd. by making the METSUKE weight as small as described above.
