PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-cum-carrying aid which can be quickly and easily worn and taken off while a user remains standing and can provide a sufficiently large storage space for storing small articles or the like inside the bag when used as the bag since an operation to hang a back supporting member for supporting a child's back to the neck or a shoulder while the child is supported by a user who remains standing is not easy when the child is to be carried and the sufficiently large storage space for storing small articles or the like is not secured when used as the bag.SOLUTION: The bag-cum-carrying aid includes a shoulder hanging belt connected in a loop state and a bag which branches into a shoulder hanging belt with one end sewn together. The bag-cum-carrying aid is characterized in that the other end of the bag can be connected to two specific positions of the shoulder hanging belt, the bag can be quickly changed to the carrying aid by varying the connecting positions, and the sufficient storage space is available.
