Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a liquid level from waving and bubbling due to vibration and shock occurring with transportation and handling by mounting an upper lid having a shape capable of intruding inside a body of an outer container on an upper portion of an inner bag, pressurizing the upper lid toward a liquid level of a fluid, and pressing the lid so that its lower face is brought into contact with the liquid level.
SOLUTION: An upper lid 17 is mourned so as to intrude inside a body 12 of a container and is formed from a push lid 18 formed into an octagonal shape identical to that of the body 12, a contact-bonding piece 19 projecting radically from each of alternate sides on the circumference of the push lid 18 and a rubber-like elastic member 20 stuck on the front side of each contact-bonding piece 19. The contact- bonding pieces 19 are made to rise up so as to be slidably contacted with an inner face of the body of the container and are folded into a U-shape. The rubber-like elastic member 20 is interposed between upper and lower members of each contact- bonding piece 19, and tightening bands 22 are wound around the outer side of the body of the container over the contact-bonding pieces 19 folded into the U-shape to tightly bind the body of the container together with a pallet 30 for transportation. By this method, a liquid level is pressurized downward by the push lid, and the waving and bubbling on the liquid level can be prevented.
