A cylindrical part 4 is provided, in which each side part of a film above a godet part 3 continuous to the godet part 3 is sealed, and the ratio (l1/l2) of the length l1 of an opening part 6 of the cylindrical part 4 to the length l2 of the godet part 3 of forked parts 2a, 2b is in the range of 1-12. When a dishtowel, etc., is slightly flexible, the ratio l1/l2 is formed to be 2-3. In a case of a range hood or a cutting board which are long and high though it is narrow, the ratio l1/l2 is formed to be 5-11. The film is formed of polyethylene excellent in heat sealability, and folded on the inner layer side, and laminated with the film excellent in the mechanical strength such as polyamide over the outermost layer side.
