To manufacture a self-standing bag having a mouth plug and constituted of only a film member.
This bag-making, filling and packaging machine manufactures a bag while feeding an inner bag film 2 for forming an inner bag and an outer bag film 1 for covering the inner bag downward in a superposed manner on each other, and fills a product therein. The bag-making, filling and packaging machine includes a bottom seal mechanism 30 for heat-sealing fold-in portions of the films 1 and 2 conveyed through a bag-making guide 11 and a fold-in guide 14, and an inner bag top seal mechanism 20 which has a cutter for forming a mouth plug forming part at each end of the inner bag film formed in a cylindrical shape, and heat-seals each end of the inner bag film 2 formed in a cylindrical shape, and an outer bag top seal mechanism 40 which heat-seals each end of the outer bag film 1 formed in a cylindrical shape. A side seal mechanism 50 for heat-sealing the films 1 and 2 in the transverse direction is provided below these seal mechanisms.
