To make it possible to manufacture a bag under high degree of freedom of shapes and variations of a bag by reducing time and work for controlling the cutting processing and preventing generation of burr-like projections such as a sharp point of a corner of a bag and a horn in a cutting processing in processing of making a bag of web-like film.
A corner cutting means 19 for molding a bag corner A1 is installed with a cut-deficient cutting means which is equipped with a pair of cut-deficient blade Cz2 having almost V shape at both its edge for molding a corner A1 by cutting in almost V shape both the edges of a seal part 3 at a side part in a longitudinal direction and a blanking cutting means which is equipped with a blanking blade Cz1 having almost a rhombus shape for molding a corner A1 of a bag by blanking a center part in a longitudinal direction of a sealing part 3 at a side part in such a way as to make a rhombus shape on a line y, wherein a cutting means 21 blanks the sealing part 3 at a side part into a thin and long rectangle shape in a longitudinal direction in such a way as to bridge on a closed top edge part of the cut-deficient part at both the edges of the sealing part 3 at a side part and also on a pair of horn parts in opposite direction on a cutting line y on a center blanking part.
