Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag making machine which can make a bag without occurrence of reduction in productivity even if a bag is a plastic bag of which a dimension in a transportation direction is short.SOLUTION: A bag making machine comprises: an intermittent feeding mechanism 1 which intermittently feeds a belt-like plastic film F; a punching device 2 which punches a plastic bag P from the plastic film at every intermittent feed so as to form a continuous residual portion R in a transportation direction of the plastic film F and to leave a connection part connected to the residual portion R; a winding mechanism 3 for winding the residual portion R; and a guide roll 4 which is located on a downstream side of the punching device 2 and guides the residual portion R to the winding mechanism 3. Between the punching device 2 and the guide roll 4, the bag making machine comprises a press roll 50 which presses the plastic bag P from an upper surface side of the plastic film F, and a tearing-off roll 51 which is located on a lower surface side of the plastic film F, and holds and tears off the plastic bag P in cooperation with the press roll 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
