Abstract:
To provide a bag making and packaging device that suppresses article jamming due to catching.SOLUTION: The bag making and packaging device includes a film conveying part, a lateral sealing mechanism, a receiving member 24, and a control part. The film conveying part conveys a film F continuously. The lateral sealing mechanism clips the film F in the direction intersecting the conveying direction to perform sealing operation. The receiving member 24 is arranged integrally with the lateral sealing mechanism above the lateral sealing mechanism. Further, the receiving member 24 is in touch with the outer surface of the film F and catches the articles A that fall inside the film F. The control part performs a first mode operation for moving the receiving member 24 from a first standby position Pst1 to a first position P1 where the articles A are received until the packaging operation is started and the receiving member 24 first receives the articles, and when the receiving member 24 receives the articles A, the lateral sealing mechanism is caused to perform the sealing operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5B
