Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag making and packaging machine that achieves a size reduction and operability improvement while end sealing of film with ultrasonic is simplified by adjusting it with one vibration element.SOLUTION: A bag making and packaging machine 1 comprises an end sealer 4 including an opening/closing device 21. The opening/closing device comprises: a horn unit 25 connecting a horn 17 and a vibration element 19 with each other and extending in contact and separation directions; first and second drive motors 26a, 26b arranged on both widthwise sides of a traveling path 5 of the horn unit; and first and second link mechanisms 27a, 27b that connect the first and second drive motors and the sealer unit 18 on both widthwise sides of the traveling path 5 of the horn unit, and brings an anvil and a horn into contact with each other and separates them in the contact and separate directions through drive of the first and second drive motors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
