Title:
BAG MEMBER HAVING SYNTHETIC RESIN OCCLUSION ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3966715
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag member having a synthetic resin engaging element showing a sufficient occlusion element shaping characteristic, a superior film strength, a superior melting cut seal strength, a superior pin-hole preventing characteristic at an occlusion seal part, a superior transparency and a superior luster.
SOLUTION: There is provided a bag member having a synthetic resin occlusion element in which polyethylene resin compound containing an antioxidant by 0.04 to 0.08 pts.wt., a lubricant by 0.06 to 0.12 pts.wt., and a releasing agent by 0.07 to 0.15 pts.wt. is inflation molded against polyethylene mixture by 100 pts.wt. including both a high pressure polyethylene by 70 to 95 wt.% of a melt flow rate of 1 to 6 g/10 minute, a density of 0.920 to 0.926 g/cm3, a Q value of 3.8 or more and a linear chain low density polyethylene by 5 to 30 wt.% of a melt flow rate of 1 to 4 g/10 minute, a density of 0.890 to 0.915 g/cm3, Q value of 3 or less.
