PURPOSE: To raise the efficiency of foreign matter removal for bagged oily sludge by a process in which bagged and pressed oily sludge is dropped through a chute into a mesh kiln inside a liquid tank provided with a heating jacket and foreign matters to be removed are carried out by a conveyer.
CONSTITUTION: The liquid tank 3 provided with the heating jacket 2 is installed to below the press crusher 1 in which bagged oily sludge is crushed by the projection 7. And, the inside of the liquid tank 3 is provided with the mesh kiln 5 connected with the chute 4 and a mesh conveyer 6 to carry out foreign matters to its outlet continuously, together with the stirrer 8 by which the liquid and oily sludge in the tank 3 are stirred for the homogenization of liquid and the prevention of sludge sedimentation. And, the liquid thus uniformly stirred is transferred to the next process by means of a pump 9.
