To provide a bag for refilling which is not unsealed by a mistake at the time of handling.
This bag for refilling is used for housing a content by sealing it in a bag body which is formed by pasting flexible laminated resin films to each other. The bag for refilling has a cut planned line 11 for opening a spout in the tip region of a nozzle 10 which projects from the bag body, and has both-side sealed sections and a pouring-out flow passage 9. At least on one side of the both-side sealed sections, a folding line 12 which crosses the cut planned line is installed. In addition, a punched hole 13 is formed at a section where the cut planned line and the folding line cross. When the both-side sealed section on the side where the folding line is formed is folded at the folding line, the punched hole forms a cut starting section for the bag for refilling.
