Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag trap length adjuster which allows adjusting a strap to the desired length over a wide range through a simple operation and which is excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: A length adjuster 1 is so designed that an outside strap 3 secured to one side of a bag in order to adjust the strap length of the bag and an inside strap 4 secured to the other side have their respective free ends 3a, 4a made to overlap each other and locked in the desired position. In that case, a locking metal fitting 5 is attached to the free end 4a of the inside strap 4, an outside metal fitting 6 through which the outside strap 3 is freely movably passed is pinned to the locking metal fitting 5 in such a way as to swing freely, and a projection 9 which presses the back 15 of the outside strap 3 to lock it when the inside and outside straps 4, 3 are made to overlap is formed on the locking metal fitting 5.
