To provide a bag strap and a bag which can provide a hand carrying state, arm hanging state, shouldering state, and slant hanging state by inserting an arm, front carrying state, carrying on the back state, by using one bag strap, in which those states can be quickly switchable, and which is easily usable in a front carrying state or a carrying on the back state.

The bag strap 6 includes a first bag strap 6A formed in a flexible ring shape with diameter larger than the arm diameter and a second bag strap 6B formed in a flexible ring shape with a diameter larger than the arm diameter. The first strap part 6A and the second bag strap part 6B are connected so as to be movable relative to each other.
