Highly stretchable winding yarn is arranged in warp of a bag weave tape. The winding yarn 2 is arranged in high density on the inner side of anti-sewing face of a hollow hole 5 through which a wire 3 is inserted. Preferably, sewing face of the bag weave tape is formed as a plain fabric 10 and the anti-sewing face is formed as longitudinal double weave 12 of an inner plain fabric 10 and an outside twilled fabric 11. The stretching ratio of the weaving tape is preferably 1.1 to 1.3.
