To provide an airtight packaging bag configured to easily exhaust air without using a tool, after the bag is sealed, and further, suppress the cost increase thereof by using an inexpensive exhaust valve.
The airtight packaging bag 1 with an exhaust valve is configured such that the airtight packaging bag includes the exhaust valve 5 in which one side edge and the other side edge located on the valve outlet side of each of the resin sheets 6a and 6b which are laminated in a pressure contact manner, are connected airtightly and air passages 8 are formed between first and second resin sheets 6a and 6b; the first and second resin sheets 6a and 6b of the air exhaust valve 5 are thermally fused to the peripheral edge parts of one side film and the other side film of the bag body at third and fourth fusing parts, respectively; the one side film is airtightly thermally fused to the other side film in the position other than the third and fourth fusing parts; and then, the valve inlet side of the first resin sheet is thermally fused to the inner surface of the one side film of the bag body 2, and the valve inlet side of the second resin sheet is thermally fused to the inner surface of the other side film.
