To provide a bag to which four free wheels are attached, and for which the traveling wheels are quickly, easily and surely stopped through the push button of a handle in either case of pulling up the handle to the height of an upper position or pushing it down to the height of a lower position.

The bag with four wheels is provided with: the bag 10; the four free wheels 20 provided so as to travel on the bag 10 or a frame 40 capable of loading the bag 10; and a handle apparatus 31 with a pair of flexible handle cylinders 311 provided on the bag 10 or the frame 40 capable of loading the bag 10. Through the push button 313 of the handle 312, rod bodies 310 attached to the lower ends of respective handle cylinders 311 are abutted to the wheels 20 to stop traveling.
