To provide a bag with four wheels, to which four free wheels are attached, and for which the traveling wheels are quickly, easily and surely stopped through the push button of a handle in either case of pulling up the handle to the height of an upper position or pushing it down to the height of a lower position.

The bag with four wheels is provided with: the bag 10; the four free wheels 20 provided so as to travel on the bag 10 or a frame 40 capable of loading the bag 10; and a handle apparatus 31 with a pair of flexible handle cylinders 311 provided on the bag 10 or the frame 40 capable of loading the bag 10. By grounding 90 grounding surfaces 31120 at the lower ends of respective handle cylinders 311 lower than the grounding surface 91 of the wheels 20 through the push button 313 of the handle 312, traveling is stopped.
