PURPOSE: To satisfactorily receive a radio wave signal and to satisfactorily confirm a receiving tone by providing a housing means for a portable telephone along the inner wall of the bag, providing a hole part through the outside of the bag near that housing means and further providing a communicating means for electrically conducting the outside and inside of the bag.

CONSTITUTION: A communicating means 16 is provided on the front surface of a main body 12 of the bag and plural hole parts 12a are provided under that communicating means. Besides, inside the main body 12, a portable telephone housing part 18 of foamed vinyl chloride is arranged proximately to the communicating means 16 and the hole parts 12a. The communicating means 16 is equipped with an external antenna part so that the outside and inside of the main body 12 can be electrically conducted. Thus, a portable telephone T is housed in the portable telephone housing part 18, the radio wave signal from the outside is incoming to the external antenna part, and a radio wave is radiated toward the portable telephone T. As a result, even when any material to interfer the radio wave signal is used for one part of the main body 12 of the bag, the radio wave signal can be satisfactorily received. Its ring back tone is transmitted through the hole parts 12a proximate to the portable telephone T to the outside.
