This carry-on bag is provided with sleighs 4 formed in the both shaft parts of an expandable handle as a storage type by foldable arms 10, and continuous structures of rollers (wheels) 5 are provided at the bottoms of the sleighs 4. The inside of the sleigh 4 has a brake plate 14 constantly coming into contact with the rollers (wheels)5 by a spring 15. The brake plate is connected with a wire 7 and connected to a brake release lever 6 via a wire extensible connecting part (extensible rod).
