To provide a bag with a simple structure and a self-supporting flexible rod to move forward the bay easily by grasping a top grip using it as a walking stick.

A bag with wheels is provided with a base frame 1 that has casters 6 on the four corners of the bottom surface and a main body 3 of the bag that is attached to this base frame 1. The base frame 1 is provided with a rest 2 and a flexible rod 5 that can be freely pulled out upwards and has a grip on top. The flexible rod 5 is fixed on one side of the rest 2 in a way that it can stand by itself. Also the flexible rod 5 is curved or tilted to one side so that the grip 4 moves from one side towards the center of the rest 2 when the grip 4 is pulled up. The flexible rod 5 has its grip 4 positioned on top or on the upper part of the main body 3 of the bag and comes to a stand by a stopper when it keeps contracted and it also comes to a stand by a stopper 15 with its grip 4 at a height between 60 and 100cm from the bottom surface with the casters 6 when it keeps extended.
