To provide a bag that is formed by remaking a long-time used school satchel, so that the user can still use the bag for further long period of time while being presented with a chance to cherish the memory of the school satchel in particular.

There is provided the bag made by reusing the gussets and the flap of the used school satchel. The bag is remade such that the gussets of the used satchel are cut out in a desired range for used as the gussets of a newly-remade bag and also for making the sides of the storage part thereof, and the flap of the satchel is adapted as a flap for freely opening and closing the storage part of the bag.
