The bag further includes a light reflection layer formed on the outer surface of a base material, and a first reinforcing band 24 for reinforcing the peripheral edge of the cover member 22 except the base end 22a. The light reflection layer includes a color resin layer stuck to the surface of the base material and colored in a color similar to the color of the first reinforcing band 24, and glass beads layered on the color resin layer. The glass beads are exposed.
