Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitcase having a structure by which damage to the lid or to the shell body can be avoided, in a suitcase equipped with a lid.SOLUTION: A rear shell 40 and a front shell 20 are connected with first hinges 41, 41 and the suitcase is locked by making first hooks 42, 42 engaged with a first lock mechanism 25. In addition, a third hook 43 is installed in the rear shell 40, and this third hook 43 is engaged with a second lock mechanism 50. In other words, with the lid 23 opened, the front shell 20 is prevented from being opened on account of the connection of the third hook 43.EFFECT: With the lid closed, the front shell body can be first opened relative to the rear shell, so that damage to the lid and to the shell body can be avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
