PURPOSE: To mitigate troublesome handling of a bag while a user puts on a waterproof wear by a method the bag has a storing region for personal effects and the waterproof clothes is stored in the bag with at least part of it connected to the bag.

CONSTITUTION: A bag has a region 1 for storing personal effects and a waterproof wear 2 is put in the bag with part of it connected to the bag. A shoulder strap 5 is attached on left and right gussets 4 of the bag. The waterproof wear 2 is put in place on a side 13 of a back 9 of the bag by a slide zipper 14 and sewed on the bag at two positions on the back of the waterproof wear 2. The inside of the back 9 is uses as the storing region 1 and closed by a slide zipper 16. A region 17 between a front 8 and the back 9 is used as another storing region for personal effects when necessary and its three sides are closed by a slide zipper 10. During rainfall, the zipper 14 is opened and the waterproof wear is pulled out. At this time, as the back of the waterproof wear 2 is connected to the bag, the bag is prevented from being stolen.
