To solve problems that it is difficult to balance a bicycle when baggage is put in a conventional baggage basket (front basket), because the baggage basket is installed on a lamp bracket fixed to a stem of a main body frame and on a baggage basket base fixed to a front fork and is moved in the same direction as that of handlebar operation, and such a situation is extremely dangerous; and that a handlebar is rotated due to the baggage weight and the bicycle is turned over when the bicycle is parked with the baggage put in the baggage basket.

The lamp bracket 5 used for installation of the baggage basket 11 (front basket) is arranged between an upper part of a head tube 4 and an upper cup 3a (upper ball receiving). The baggage basket base 6 is installed between the lower part of the head tube 4 and a lower cup 3b (lower ball receiving). By fixing the baggage basket 11 to the installed lamp bracket 5 and baggage basket base 6, the baggage basket 11 is fixed to the head tube 4 of a bicycle main body, so as to enable stable traveling regardless of handlebar operation.
