PURPOSE: To provide a baggage conveying stairway ascending vehicle allowing a feeble worker to convey a heavy object via a stairway and capable of being easily turned in direction at a narrow halfpace.

CONSTITUTION: A baggage 30 is mounted on a baggage mount base 70 provided on a vehicle body 40, and a baggage conveying stairway ascending vehicle ascends on a stairway with driving wheels 42, 44 arranged at the front and rear of the vehicle body 40. The baggage mount base 70 of the vehicle is moved to the rear of the vehicle body 40 to erect the vehicle body 40 backward, and the rear end of the vehicle body 40 erected backward is movably supported by a support roller 84. When the baggage 30 is mounted to ascend on the stairway, and the vehicle body 40 can be erected at the halfpace 200 of the stairway for a direction change.
