Abstract:
To contribute to enabling easy output of a baggage tag by using a transaction number associated with baggage tag information identified in advance using collation information.SOLUTION: In a baggage tag management method, an information processing server 10 is configured to: when receiving a baggage delivery request from a first user and receiving collation information including at least boarding information that is able to identify a boarding flight of an airline given from a first airline system 300a, cause a storage device 103 to store a first transaction number given to the delivery request in association with baggage tag information identified using the collation information; and when receiving an output request of the baggage tag using the first transaction umber, transmit the baggage tag information stored in the storage device 103 to a terminal device 200 that has sent the output request.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
