Equipment for carrying out dewatering by filling the water-containing earth and sand into the water-permeable bag body 9 with a cylindrically projected injection port part 9i, and permeating water outside the bag body 9 comprises a pump 8P feeding the water-containing earth and sand under pressure, an injection pipe line 8L communicating with the pump 8P, a discharge port installed in the injection pipe line 8L, and a bag body mounting part 30 detachably connecting the injection port part 9i of the bag body to the discharge port.
