Abstract:
To provide a baked film that shows a superior leveling property after coating, hardly causes the bleeding or sagging of a coated film as well as the sagging of a coated film in drying or baking, and has an even film thickness and a high dimensional accuracy, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.
The baked film includes a polydimethylsiloxane composition containing at least polydimethylsiloxane. The method for manufacturing the baked film includes: a film coating step for screen-printing a coating liquid having a viscosity of 10-200 Pa s at 25°C on a substrate to form a coated film of an average thickness of 100 μm or more; and a baking step for baking the coated film.
