PURPOSE: To bake easily a small amount of coffee beans, by sending hot air to an upright funnel-shaped container from the bottom, baking the coffee beans while being rotated.

CONSTITUTION: The container 9 containing coffee beans is attached to the vent 14 of an exhaust path and its bottom is engaged with the inlet 7 of the blower of the machine body 1. The timers 32 and 33 are set, the temperature is set by the temperature setting device 34, and the blower 4 is started by the air sending switch 35. The damper 6 is adjusted, electricity is applied to the heater 2 to dry the coffee beans, and electricity is applied to the heater 3 to bake the coffee beans. The heater 3 repeats on and off states by the temperature detector 42, to keep temperature constant. After a given period, electricity to the heaters 2 and 3 is stopped, and the container 9 is detached, to take out the coffee beans. The exhaust gas is discharged through the filter 19 to the outside or circulated.
