There is provided a baking container 10 obtained by molding a molding paper 22 having a base paper 20 coated with heat-resisting resin layers 21 on both surfaces thereof, into a three-dimensional shape, wherein the surface corresponding to the inside surface of the molding paper 22 is further coated with a silicone resin layer 23 before or after the molding, a non-coated part 14 coated with neither the heat-resisting resin layer 21 nor the silicone resin layer 23 is formed at the end edge part after the forming, so that the moisture contained in the base paper 20 is made releasable through the non-coated part 14.
