Abstract:
To heat uniformly a vacuum container inner face by a method in which a heater is not disposed inside the vacuum container.
The wall of a vacuum container 1 is formed into a double wall and jackets 2A, 2B and 2C are formed inside the wall, and a hot water pipe circulating device 5 for circulating hot water from a hot water source 7 is connected with the jackets 2A-2C. Distilled water is stored in the hot water source 7, and the upper limit temperature of the surface of a heater 17 immersed in the device is controlled to 100°. A water cooling jacket 18 is set in the hot water source and cooling water is passed through the water cooling jacket to lower the temperature of hot water.
