Abstract:

To provide a baking device capable of quickly supplying a baked object into a baking space and discharging it from the baking space.

The baking device includes a baking furnace 2 forming the baking space 6 where the baked object can be arranged, and having an openable/closable upper opening 7 at an upper part and an openable/closable lower opening 8 at a lower part, and a support base 3 provided between the upper opening 7 and the lower opening 8 of the baking space 6 and capable of supporting the baked object. The support base 3 is constituted to be switched over to a support state of supporting the baked object and a support release state of releasing the support state.
