Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking device capable of continuously performing an unbinding process to a main baking process and removing an artificial process that a casing is covered with a cover.
SOLUTION: A furnace main body 1 has a first heating space 4 and a second heating space 5 which communicate with each other between an inlet 2 and an outlet 3. A casing 20 having its upper surface provided with an opening part and its inner part in which a member to be baked is housed is carried to the outlet through the first and second heating spaces 4 and 5 from the inlet of the furnace main body 1 by a carrying means 10. The casing 20 is provided with a cover 25, which freely slides forward and backward for opening and closing the upper opening part. The carrying means 10 is provided with a different speed area 13 for moving the casing at a speed different from that of other part in the vicinity of the boundary part of the first heating space 4 and the second heating space 5. The rearward casing 20 abuts on the cover 25 of the forward caging 20 in the different speed area 13. so that the covers 25 of the casings 20 are successively closed.
