Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an aluminum alloy sheet having formability approximately equal to that of a plated steel sheet and furthermore excellent in baking hardenability.
CONSTITUTION: This aluminum alloy sheet having formability approximately equal to that of a plated steel sheet is the one contg. Mg and Si each in a content of 0.2 to 1.5% and in which the surface of an aluminum alloy substrate contg. ≤0.2% Fe is applied with a lubricating surface film having ≤0.1 sliding resistance. Moreover, it may contain at least one kind among the following elements: 0.03 to 1.5% Cu, 0.03 to 3.5% Zn, 0.03 to 0.2% Zr, 0.03 to 0.3% Cr, 0.03 to 1.0% Mn, 0.001 to 0.1% Ti and 0.0001 to 0.05% B.
