To provide a baking machine for a molded food by which baking time and temperature can be adjusted simply and the production in good quality can be carried out even when a liquid dough having an increased amount of starch is baked by a baking line in which a lower mold dough-feeding opening is largely separated to a mold-fitting device side from an upper mold dough-feeding opening.
The baking machine 1 bakes the dough by filling upper molds 11 and lower molds 12 of a baking mold 2 having a plurality of rows of the upper molds 11 and the lower molds 12 in opened states in the baking line 3 having a heating part 34, with the dough from the upper mold dough-feeding opening and the lower mold dough-feeding opening respectively, and laying the upper molds 11 on the lower molds 12 in the upper and lower direction in the midway of heating while conveying the baking mold 2 by the mold-fitting device 31. The upper mold dough-feeding opening for feeding the dough to the upper mold 11 is installed in the conveying upstream side of the baking line 3, and the lower mold dough-feeding opening for feeding the dough to the lower mold 12 is installed in the mold-fitting device 31 side at the downstream side of the upper mold dough-feeding opening so as to be separated.
