Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject baking mold, enabling the easy taking out of a baked sponge dough without damaging by cutting a peripheral plate surrounding a sponge dough together with a bottom plate into a roughly C shape and enabling the contraction of a diameter.
SOLUTION: A circular open container is formed with a peripheral plate 1 and a bottom plate 2, and the peripheral plate 1 is cut into a roughly C shape to enable the mutual overlap and engagement of the free ends 1a, 1b. When a relaxing mechanism 5 is turned, the free ends 1a, 1b are mutually pulled together in a fastened state to contract the radius and to hold the bottom plate in a fastened state. When the relaxing mechanism 5 is operated for releasing, the both free ends 1a, 1b are separated from each other, and the diameter of the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral plate 1 is enlarged to enable the easy releasing of the baked sponge dough.
