To provide a baking plate-transferring apparatus by which the baking plate can precisely be taken away without using a device directly acting on the baking plate without causing contact of metals to each other when taking away the baking plate by a conveyor.

The following means are adopted in the baking plate-transferring apparatus. At first, the conveyor turning in the conveying direction by attracting and holding the baking plate and not having magnetic force, and a transferring conveyor having unmovable magnet members having the magnetic force and installed at positions above a lower conveyor belt of the conveyor and not contacting with the attracted and held baking plate are installed. At second, the baking plate is constituted so as to be attracted and held at a receiving position by the lower-side conveyor belt by the magnetic force of the magnetic members, conveyed to a delivering position, and taken away at the delivering position. At third, a baking plate-taking away device in which the magnet members at the delivering position are constituted so as to be lifted and lowered, and when the baking plate arrives the delivering position, the magnet members are lifted to reduce the magnetic force acting on the baking plate and to take away the baking plate from the lower-side conveyor belt is installed.
