This baking temperature control system of the baking object bakes the baking object 11 so that the inside temperature of the baking object falls within the prescribed temperature range by carrying and passing the baking object 11 in a baker 10, and respectively measures a surface temperature t1 of the baking object 11 at an inlet of this baker 10 and a surface temperature t2 of a baking object 11' at an outlet of this baker 10 by surface temperature sensors 12 and 16, and adjusts at least one of factors on the temperature of the baker 10 so that the inside temperature of the baking object thereafter falls within the prescribed temperature range on the basis of a difference between both surface temperatures.
