Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a baking container capable of baking bread or the like even in a small-sized single-function microwave oven by covering the inner surface of a supporting container for transmitting microwaves composed of a material provided with heat resistance with a microwave heating element. CONSTITUTION: In this baking container for heating food housed inside by being mounted inside the heating container of a high-frequency heating device, the inner surface of the supporting container for transmitting the microwaves composed of the material provided with the heat resistance and formed in a container shape for freely opening and closing the inside is covered with the microwave heating element for absorbing the microwaves and generating heat. At the time of using the baking container, the food such as dough or the like is housed inside the container first. Then, when the baking container is inserted to the heating container of the high-frequency heating device, the microwaves are transmitted through the supporting container and absorbed by the microwave heating element and the microwave heating element generates the heat itself by the dielectric loss of the inside. Then, the microwave heating element heats the food housed inside by heat radiation or heat transmission or the like.
